The security deposit amount shall be refunded once the original tickets are returned to the hotel reception desk. However, if the Guest cannot replace the original keys along with duplicate keys, then the security deposit shall be kept, and compensation towards loss occurred to the property. The same shall be forfeited with the receipt.
