All cancellations and changes must be requested directly with the hotel.
To cancel or modify a confirmed reservation, please contact us by phone or email with your booking reference. We will confirm your cancellation in writing — please retain this confirmation.
Bookings made through online travel agents (OTAs) or third-party websites are governed by that platform’s cancellation policy.
For direct bookings, refunds on the room charge are calculated from the time we receive your cancellation request, relative to your check-in date:
Any applicable taxes already paid are refunded along with the eligible amount. Payment-gateway charges, where applicable, may be non-refundable.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of confirmation. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
Refunds are issued only to the original payer and original payment method. We are unable to redirect refunds to a different account or card.
If you do not arrive on your scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the booking is treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.
If you choose to check out earlier than your booked dates, the unused nights are non-refundable. We always recommend confirming your plans before booking.
Group bookings, destination weddings and banquet events are subject to a separate agreement and deposit terms shared at the time of confirmation. These bookings typically require longer cancellation notice; specific terms will be provided in your event proposal.
During peak season, long weekends, festivals and special promotional rates, modified cancellation terms may apply. Any such terms will be clearly communicated to you at the time of booking.
